All at a customer request or order granting collected personal data will be used in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act and only in connection with the inquiry or order. A transfer of data to third parties does not follow. Any other use of the data does not take place.
As far as textbest makes use of third parties in order to render the offered services, textbest is entitled to disclose the order information and personal data of the customer in compliance with § 28 BDSG.
textbest states that their employees and agents acting under this Agreement, have been obliged to maintain data secrecy pursuant to § 5 BDSG and that has textbest taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the BDSG.
Furthermore, the textbest employees and third parties employed by textbest are obliged to secrecy regarding the nature, scope and content of the contracts committed. This shall not apply if the customer explicitly agrees to something else.
Comments and Posts
Does a user leave comments on the blog, the corresponding IP addresses are stored. This is done for security reasons, to take action against possible illegal content. In such a case, textbest reserves for identity verification.
On request, textbest provides information about current content and offers in a newsletter.
